Along the project, voluntary actions will be promoted with the civil society, promoted in collaboration with the different interested parties. These works include planting endemic species, removing invasive species, irrigation works, pruning, among others.

Flores Island – “Acacia Hunting”, regarding the World Wildlife Day, 03 March 2021.
Debarking actions of Acacia melanoxylon and endemic flora plantation in Ribeira do Fundão, Lajes municipality, included in FLO4 intervention area.
The event counted with the collaboration of the touristic company Experience OC, Lajes Town Hall, Lajes Parish Council and the Rangers.
